Comfortable, convenient value for money.

The washing machine was great. Close to subway stations. Comfortable room with a table and two chairs so we could sit and eat a snack. The microwave was a bonus. The breakfast was excellent. There was lots to choose from that satisfied lots of tastes. I would recommend you book a room with Breakfast included.

The reception on the 18th floor. It’s nice a be greeted as you come and go. Not a major issue.

Very comfortable place.

Everything about the hotel, was very clean. The staff are so polite and been very helpful even my lack of Japanese speaking. I would consider staying again next time I visit Osaka.

Great modern hotel with clean rooms and great breakfast facilities.

Really pleasant stay, the hotel is modern with clean rooms. The breakfast facilities are great and is one of the standout features of this place over others I stayed on my trip. It was a bit of a walk to get to but overall everything else about the hotel was really pleasant.

The location was roughly a 10 minute walk away from everything, but it’s not bad, just something to note for people that don’t want to do too much walking.

Wonderful

Staying at Tokyu Stay Osaka Hommachi for 2 nights was one of the highlights of my trip to Japan. What truly stood out was the in-room washer-dryer – it might sound simple, but after days of travel, having the convenience to do laundry in the comfort of my room was an absolute game-changer. It made packing lighter and travel so much easier. The room itself was cozy yet modern, with a comfortable bed, a spacious bathroom, and a little kitchenette area that made me feel right at home. Everything was incredibly clean, and the staff were kind, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Another highlight was the location. Nestled in the Hommachi area, the hotel is just a short walk to the subway, making it super convenient to explore places like Namba, Umeda, and etc. Despite being centrally located, the area around the hotel was peaceful and quiet at night – perfect for a good night’s sleep. Overall, the combination of comfort, convenience, and thoughtful amenities made my stay at Tokyu Stay Osaka Hommachi truly memorable. I'd definitely return here the next time I'm in Osaka!

While my overall experience at Tokyu Stay Osaka Hommachi was positive, there were a few small things that I think could be improved. Although the washer-dryer in the room is a great perk, it took quite a long time to dry clothes completely. It’s convenient, but be prepared to wait a while or hang clothes up if needed. Another thing I noticed was that housekeeping doesn’t clean daily by default unless you stay for a longer period. They do take out the trash and change towels, which is nice, but if you're expecting full daily cleaning, it might be a bit of a surprise.

A good choice to stay in Osaka.

The location was good. Near the train station. Close to the main fortress, a major covered shopping area and good restaurants. Rooms were very nice and a great breakfast buffet.

A little confusing. The hotel doesn’t stand out and is actually about 100 metres further than Google maps indicates. The reception is on the 18th floor and you do have to hunt for that notice.

Close to metro exit, close to Lawson and 7-11, staff were friendly and patient. Replaced the kettle upon request readily. Loved the washer/dryer within the room.

Staff where very helpful, nice and close to two train stations and having a washing machine was great

Could of used a good vacuum, it was very dusty but while we where there they are doing remodeling so I guess this will get fixed with new updated rooms

Very Tiring and not recommened for family with infant.

The room was spacious and we also had our own washing machine which was very helpful as we will not pack any dirty laundry on our way home.

I didnt like that I was in the shower when a receptionist barged in our room and told us to check out even we requested from day 1 of our check in that we will request for late check out at 1pm and pay the fine of 4000 yen (2 adults - 1000 yen per pax per hour). Suddenly, a receptionist opened the door and I only had a towel wrapped around my waist and she did not even close the door but wanted to make conversation with me that we need to check out. She couldn’t understand me so i got my phone on the bed and tried to use translator on my phone for her to understand what I am trying to explain that we already requested late check out since our 1st day of arrival and that I am disappointed that I have to talk to her at our door without no clothes on and still wet from the shower. She then left afterwards. Also, no complimentary water, you need to buy at their vending machine. You need to get coffee from the 18th floor and also your amenities. Our room when we got to the hotel had some kind of blood stain on the bathtub so I had to wash it off and soap it before using it. Our hair blower had hair on it so we took it off ourselves. The place is also far from the shinsaibashi shopping center. Food also far from us so we had to walk 30mins to center or order via UberEats.

The room was comfy for 2 and the location of the hotel was great as it was near some places that were accessible by train. The morning breakfast with a view is always good as you can see far out to where the mountains are. The staff were really friendly too!

Breakfast choices could be more but still, the breakfast was good.
